Transport, handled personally. In-cabin flight nanny: your puppy flies in the cabin with a dedicated flight nanny and is handed directly to you. Ground transport: door-to-door ground transport available anywhere in the U.S., departing from the Chicago area (ORD / MDW). If a pup is over the in-cabin weight limit, ground transport is used instead. Two-puppy trips: two puppies heading the same way can travel in two carriers — ask about a two-puppy trip. Our priorities: in cabin; licensed & insured; ground transport nationwide; personal handoff.
